Hello,
Microsoft Outlook synchronization requires the Microsoft Collaboration Data Objects (CDO). CDO allows Resync or ConvertMe to access your Outlook data for synchronization or migration purposes.
Ensure you have your Microsoft Office CD handy before continuing.
Please follow the following instructions to install CDO on your system:
1) Insert your Microsoft Office CD into your CD-ROM or DVD-ROM. If the installation wizard starts, close it. Alternatively, ask your system or network administrator to perform the following steps if Office was installed from a network source.
2) Go to your Windows Control Panel (Start, Control Panel).
3) Double-click on the 'Add or Remove Programs' applet.
4) Find and click 'Microsoft Office 2003' or the version of Office you have installed on your system.
5) Click 'Change'.
6) Click 'Add or Remove Features' and then click 'Next'.
7) Ensure 'Outlook' is selected. Choose 'Select advanced customization of applications' and then click 'Next'.
8) Click the [+] beside 'Microsoft Outlook for Windows' so that 'Collaboration Data Objects' is visible.
9) Click on the image to the immediate left of 'Collaboration Data Objects'.
10) From the popup menu, select 'Run from My Computer'.
11) Click 'Update'.
You should now have CDO installed on your system.
Regards,
Avinesh
