Hello,
Please let me know the exact Resync .exe error you receive.
As for the CDO error, you will need to install Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) from your Office 2000/XP CD. If you will not be synchronizing against Microsoft Outlook, then you do not need to install CDO -- uncheck the Microsoft Outlook plugin.
Regards,
Avinesh

I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE:A MICROSOFT (TM) PROFILE HAS NOT BEEN SELECTED FROM THE DROP-DOWN LIST OF AVAILABLE PROFILES ON THIS SYSTEM. CLICK OK TO VIEW THE MICROSOFT OUTLOOK PREFERENCES, AND THEN SELECT THE DESIRED PROFILE.

Hi,
Do you know if you have Microsoft Outlook installed on your system?
If not, you can either deselect the Microsoft Outlook plug-in or install Microsoft Outlook on your system. The plug-in also requires Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) to be installed -- please select it for installation via the Office installation wizard (it will be under the components for 'Microsoft Outlook').
If Microsoft Outlook (and CDO) is installed on your system and you're not sure if you have a profile, click Start, then Control Panel, and then click on Mail. Then, click on Show Profiles, and finally check to see if a default profile exists (eg. 'Outlook'), else click 'New' to create a new one. If a default profile exists, then click the 'Always use this profile' radio button and select the desired profile.
Regards,
Avinesh
